Who is responsible

Questions about this policy, and any request concerning personal data, reach us at contact@oneplus-net.icu or by post at 1735 Oakwood Drive, Columbus, OH 43229, United States. Whoever operates this site is responsible for the processing described below.

What happens by default

Tray Levels is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no forms, so there is nothing here that asks you for personal information. Until you make a choice in the consent panel:

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics or advertising tags are loaded.
• No requests are made to any third-party server. Typefaces are the ones already installed on your device, and every image is drawn in the page itself.

Server logs

The web host records standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user agent. This happens for every website and is necessary to operate and secure the server. The legal basis is legitimate interest. These logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider and are not used to build any profile.

If you allow measurement

Accepting in the consent panel loads Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Those services set cookies and process your IP address and interaction data, and may transfer data outside your country. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the cookie choices link in the footer. Rejecting, or simply ignoring the panel, means none of it loads. Your consent record

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key tl-consent-v1, together with the date it was made. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie. Clearing your browser storage removes it and the panel returns.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. Requests go to the address at the top of this page.

The EarTrumpet application

This is a separate matter, because it is not our software. According to the project's own privacy statement, EarTrumpet may send crash reports through Bugsnag when the application fails, containing technical details such as the application version and state, the time between launch and the crash, handle and object counts, system architecture, the Windows build number, the number of processor cores, the .NET runtime version and the language and region setting. That is diagnostic data rather than personal content, but it is worth knowing about. The authoritative statement lives with the project and may change; read it at the source.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify.
